Polyvance's 6040 Whip Hose can save plastic repair technicians time by allowing them to easily swap their air tools and take advantage of the product’s in-line air blower to speed their prep work. The 10 foot hose attaches to the air manifold on Polyvance’s nitrogen plastic welders using a ¼” male NPT swivel connector. Technicians can go directly from welding to sanding without unplugging anything or lugging hoses around the shop. The high-quality inline air blower can be used to blow off dust or force cool welds. The hose is terminated with a ¼” NPT male fitting that is ready to accommodate the shop’s preferred quick-disconnect fitting. The hose material is soft, light and flexible “Flexzilla” rubber for ease of use and handling.
