Hinged tabs on bumper covers often break at the hinge line, causing many to discard the bumper cover. However, there is a solution to this type of damage. In this video, we demonstrate how to fabricate a new hinged tab from a sheet of polyethylene and weld it onto the bumper cover using a Polyvance nitrogen plastic welder.
