Urethane bumper covers are often discarded due to broken tabs and bolt holes. However, with the right tools and techniques, this damage can be repaired. While thermoset urethane doesn't melt, preventing a true fusion weld, a strong repair can still be achieved using an airless plastic welder. This repair process is similar to brazing.
