Main Control Board
This control board is compatible with all Nitro-Fuzer Classic welders equipped with digital controls.
New Classic welders come with this control board factory-installed and require no wiring modifications for replacement.
Older Classic welders equipped with a green control board require minor wiring modifications prior to installation. Welders equipped with a nitrogen generator do not require these modifications.
The required wiring changes are detailed in the wiring diagram. These modifications consist of removing the capacitors from the wiring harness and rerouting the holster switch wire and the solenoid wire directly to the control board.
Compatible with 120 and 220 VAC.
