PPE+PP+GF30 (30% Glass Fiber) Welding Rod

PPE+PP+GF30 plastic welding rod can be used when welding PPE+PP or glass fiber reinforced PPE+PP plastic.

PPE+PP is a blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polypropylene (PP) that combines PPE's high-temperature performance, surface hardness, and rigidity with the flowability and chemical resistance of PP. These properties make it well-suited for automotive applications.

Sometimes, glass fibers are added to PPE+PP to enhance its strength, with the identification symbol indicating the percentage of glass fiber (e.g., PPE+PP+GF20 contains 20% glass fiber, while PPE+PP+GF30 contains 30%).

Each welding rod measures 12 inches (30 cm) in length.
