PPE+PS Welding Rod | R08

PPE+PS plastic welding rod should be used when welding PPE+PS plastic.

PPE+PS (Polyphenylene Ether + Polystyrene) is a rigid plastic with a relatively high melting point. It is sometimes used in automotive parts, including fuse boxes, circuit box covers, cowl vent grilles, hubcaps, and under-hood parts. PPE+PS can also be found in printers, copiers, and other electronic components.

Some brand names for PPE+PS are Xyron™ and Noryl™.

This welding rod can be used with an airless plastic welder, hot air plastic welder, or nitrogen plastic welder. Each welding rod measures 12 inches (30 cm) in length.
