Polyvance's 6000 series nitrogen plastic welders used precision regulators, unlike the newer models that utilize flow valves.

Over time, two different precision regulators were used in the production of the 6000 series welders. Both versions are shown below, with the current replacement part on the left. This replacement is compatible with the version on the right.
