SMC Hardset Filler Epoxy Kit

The SMC Hardset Filler is a two-part epoxy system that is very rigid when cured. It’s great for repairs on SMC, fiberglass, polycarbonate, and other surfaces where a strong, high-impact-resistant material is needed. Includes one 5 fl. oz. tube of Part A and one 5 fl. oz. tube of Part B.

• Working Time: 7 minutes at 78°F (25.5°C)
• Handling Strength: 30 minutes at 78°F (25.5°C)
• Full Cure: 12 hours at 78°F (25.5°C)/ 30 minutes at 160°F (71°C)
• Lap Shear Strength: 705 psi (on SMC substrate [substrate failed])
