Universal Plastic Repair — FiberFlex Sticks to PP, TPO, and More

The FiberFlex Plastic Welder Kit includes everything needed to repair problem plastics. FiberFlex is a “universal” repair rod that sticks to nearly any plastic substrate. It sticks great to polypropylene and TPO (often used on bumper covers). Instead of creating a fusion weld, FiberFlex works like a hot-melt adhesive.

This kit comes with a 200-watt welder that delivers the right amount of heat to apply the FiberFlex and melt in the included stainless steel wire mesh. The welder tip is flat for spreading and shaping the FiberFlex and has a pointed end to get into tight corners. With the added reinforcement from the mesh, repairs are often even stronger than the original part!
