IMPORTANT NOTE: This item has been DISCONTINUED. You will need to upgrade your welder to the improved hose, wiring, and handle assembly.
This replacement, quick-release, handle and socket assembly will replace the quick release handles with broken pins. The pins will break if the hose is tightened incorrectly. The hose should be tightened by turning the metal collar. If, instead, the handle is twisted (instead of the metal collar) the pins will break.
This quick-release, handle and socket assembly includes the following components.
- 1/4" AMP (F) QD Connector
- Handle Connector Assembly
- 0.126 round (F) terminal
- Socket and Ground Spring Assembly
- Quick-release handle
- 4-40 x 3/16" Stainless steel set screw
- 2 X 1/4" Stainless steel AB panhead screw

Attach the hose to the bottom of the handle by lining up the notches. Turn the threaded collar to connect the hose and handle. DO NOT TWIST THE HANDLE! This will damage the pins in the socket. Sheared & twisted pins are NOT covered by warranty.
