IMPORTANT NOTE: If you purchased an 8000 series or 8200 series welder that was built before September 2020 and you need a hose or handle, you will need to upgrade to this improved design. The new hose will NOT fit welders built before September 2020, and we no longer have any hose and handle parts for welders built before September 2020. This item does NOT include the bulkhead connector. To upgrade your welder to this new design, you need to order the "Quick-Release Retrofit Kit".
This improved, stronger, quick-release hose, wiring, handle, and socket assembly features a steel interlocking alignment flange that helps prevent the connection pins from getting sheared off when tightening the hose to the bulkhead connector and the handle to the hose.

How do I determine if I need to upgrade?
Unscrew the metal collar at the base of your handle and remove the handle from the hose. If your connector does NOT have the metal interlock, you must upgrade. (Image below)
