The Kenworth T880 set-forward front axle hood is susceptible to damage in the strut mounts. The hood is made from fiberglass which is not weldable. Polyvance's KEN T880SFA repair kit is an economical alternative to replacing the hood and will also create a repair that is as strong as the original.

• (1) Passenger side aluminum casting
• (2) Cartridges of 2510 PlastiFix High Performance Adhesive
• (2) Mixer tips for the 2510 PlastiFix adhesive
• (4) Hex bolts - Grade 8, 3/8"-16 x 1-1/4"
• (2) Stainless elevator bolt 1/4"-20 x 2"
• (2) Stainless nut 1/4"-20
• (4) 3/8" flat washers
• (4) 3/8" lock washers
• (2) Abrasion resistant rubber washers
• (6) Thread cutting panhead screws #10-1"

• Medium strength thread locker
• 24 to 50 grit Roloc® discs
• 90 deg air grinder for Roloc® discs
• #2 Phillips head screwdriver
• Angle drill
• 5/32”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 13/32”* drill bits
• 60 grit or coarser sandpaper
• SAE and Metric sockets
• Induction heater or torch*
• Dremel tool with a tungsten carbide carving bit*
• Permanent marker
• Respirator and gloves
