Nitro Fuzer Plastic Welders vs the Competitors

Polyvance's Nitrogen Plastic Welders vs the Competition.
-
We were the first in the market with a nitrogen plastic welder. We introduced the technology to the industry in 2006. The current 6085 model is our fifth-generation welder, incorporating all of the features and benefits of its predecessors along the way, as well as the improvements along the way.
- The 6085-C has user-adjustable flow control whereas some of the competing units have fixed flow. They present this as a benefit, assuming that most technicians don't understand the benefit of flow control. However, ours gives the technician control in case they are welding something unusually thin (like bumper tabs) or thick (like heavy truck panels).
- Our welder has automatic switching from air to nitrogen. Some of the competing models have a manual switch. Without automatic switching, the technicians often forget to turn the nitrogen off and blow out their tank. Ours automatically conserves the nitrogen only for welding.
- Polyvance offers by far the most complete selection of plastic welding rod in the world. The welder comes with five different profiles of polypropylene in both natural (white) and black. We also offer a full selection of other plastics in both round rod and ribbon format (LDPE, HDPE, TPO, PC, and ABS). These rods are all organized in plastic cases to keep them under control and out of the dust in the shop.
- We know plastic better than anyone because it's all we do, and all we've done since 1981. We have many technical sales reps that cover the US doing courtesy training on new plastic welders. The purchaser of our plastic welder receives a free courtesy training from one of our team to ensure they know how to use it.
- Polyvance has the industry's only I-CAR Industry Training Alliance approved training on nitrogen plastic welding in the industry. We have four class options that show our customers how to use and benefit from the product.
- We are the only company in the industry to put ourselves in the shoes of our customers. We run our own bumper recycling operation, Encore Bumpers, behind our factory and serve local body shop customers. This helps us develop new products that will benefit our customers.
- Plastic welding is a sideline for our competitors. Their plastic welders are "me too" items. It's all we do. We know it the best.
- We offer by far the best technical support and customer service. Call our competitors and try to get someone on the phone who can answer a technical question on plastic repair in less than 15 seconds. Then try it with us.
- Our library of technical training videos is by far the most extensive in the industry (to a fault, actually, as our competitors tell people to go to our videos for training).
