The 6058-CG NITRO PRO Welding System combines the most advanced plastic welding equipment available with our state-of-the-art nitrogen generator. It comes with everything you need to become immediately productive making the fastest, strongest plastic repairs on virtually any type of plastic. Welding with nitrogen gas creates the strongest welds possible because it eliminates oxidation of the plastic during the welding process.

The NITRO PRO welding system exemplifies simplicity of welding through technology. By eliminating the compressed air side of the welder and coupling the welder with the nitrogen generator, you NEVER run out of nitrogen, you eliminate the need for switching backing forth from air to nitrogen, the heating element lasts longer and you will make the strongest welds possible. A precision control regulator is combined with an output pressure gauge and a flow gauge to give you the ultimate control over how much gas is used in the welding process. A low pressure safety switch is also incorporated into the system to automatically cut off the power to the heating element if the air flow drops too low. The NITRO PRO Welding system also features an integrated airless welder for smoothing out welds and repairing thermoset polyurethane. The entire system comes completely assembled and ready to go so you can be productive from the moment you pull it out of the box. The kit comes with a hand seamer, aluminum tape, and the widest selection of plastic welding rod available in the industry.
