Shipping and Delivery Policy
Shipping Time — Most orders received before 2:00PM CST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM CST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Polyvance or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (also referred to as Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, or Return Authorization (RA) number).

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of your invoice.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
