All Seasons Light Gray E-Z Sand, Quart

Polyvance’s ALL SEASONS E-Z Sand is a light gray waterborne primer surfacer for use on repaired plastic bumpers. The high-build formula hides 180 grit scratches in one pass and is compatible with all automotive topcoat systems. E-Z Sand is ready to spray out of the can, so it’s easy to use and totally eliminates wasted paint. ALL SEASONS has very low VOCs so it is safer for technicians and the environment.

Application

• Clean substrate with 1000 Super Prep or 1001-4 EcoPrep Plastic Cleaner, sand with 180-320 grit sandpaper, blow dust free
• Apply Polyvance’s Plastic Magic adhesion promoter over any exposed PP or TPO plastic substrates
• Using a 1.3 – 1.8mm HVLP gun, apply a medium wet coat (2-3 mils per coat). Allow to flash completely before applying more coats
• Dry sand with 320-400 grit paper after 30-45 minutes, or wet sand in 1-2 hours, depending on ambient conditions. May also be baked up to 180°F to speed dry time
